Digital thermometer – review.
When using my air fryer, I require a quick and accurate method of checking that meat is cooked to the correct temperature (getting it wrong can be detrimental to health) and a mercury type of meat thermometer just doesn’t cut it – too slow to respond. This digital thermometer is easy to use and provides a temperature reading very quickly – which is what you want. However; there is a downside, as the user guide’s text is very small so you need a magnifying glass to read the instructions – LOL!Nevertheless; it does the job and is worth the price.

Used twice camping, dead!
Today I had to bin the unit having used twice cooking on an open firepit when camping !On examination the unit was water damaged inside yet neither time used had it been raining and have kept in my campervan so no idea how or when water entered the unit so beware!!
